Based on the teachings from my book, Ending The Diet Mindset: Reclaim a Healthy and Balanced Relationship With Food, this class is a deeper dive into the process of "un" learning the diet mindsets and diet culture behaviors that have left so many of us at odds with our bodies. This class will guide you in the process of reclaiming a balanced and intuitive way of relating to food and body image.
This self-guided program includes the following:
10 Deep Dive Video Sessions (One for each Diet Mindset identified in Ending The Diet Mindset.) Each video is designed to help you explore each Diet Mindset in a deeper more personalized way. In the video, I explain the concepts taught in the book and give you individualized ways to apply the concepts specifically to your experience with food and body image.
Life Beyond The Diet Coaching Program - Strategic Training Modules
12 Training Modules – Each module will deliver to you, in a strategic and deliberate way, the lessons and mindset shifts necessary to change your relationship with food and body image.
This program has evolved out of all of the work that I have done helping people heal their relationship with food over the last decade. There are specific mindset shifts, and action steps to take that make up the journey all of my clients have been on, and through the 12 modules, I walk you though these mindset shifts in a way that is straight forward, manageable but also action oriented, so you can begin making changes on day 1.
Each module is designed as a specific “Insight Roadmap”; complete with the teaching and guidance that will help you create a deeper understanding of the module's learning, and how to apply it to making change in your own life. Each lesson is interactive, in that it requires you journal and engage in the lesson, so as to create that personal connection to the lesson itself.
Each lesson comes in an interactive PDF document, so that you can journal in the documents themselves, or, if you choose, you can complete this work in a journal. It is entirely up to you.
In addition to the Insight Roadmap, each module includes access to other powerful tools to help you deepen your experience and learning.

I have practiced the use of meditation, hypnosis and guide imagery in my own life for years, and want to share with you the effectiveness of this amazing (and simple) change and growth technique. I am also a certified clinical hypnotherapist, and have trained extensively in the techniques I am making accessible to you in this program.

These worksheets and creative exercises will help you to dig deeper than you have ever gone before. I have created these to help us flow through the different phases of change as we work towards your goals together.
